  • CHARACTERTISTICS: Loyalty program for TUI and Scan Holiday clients.
  • MECHANICS: Participants in the Travel Club are those who have signed at least one agreement to participate in the travel by TUI and Scan Holiday in the period from 1.12.2006. Any person who in the course of the program concluded such an agreement, received a club card with login and password entitling them to join the program. Under the program, club members were rewarded benefits, whose number depended on the number of trips.

  • AIM: Increasing in sales of travels, increasing recognition and brand awareness, retaing existing and attract new customers
